A five-person company needs most of what a hundred-person company needs: census work, rate comparisons, enrollment, compliance deadlines, renewals. We built our own platform, AllieAdvisor, to do the repetitive part of that work. That gives us more time to look at your options and answer your employees’ questions.

We run AllieAdvisor for you as part of our service. See the platform.
AllieAdvisor is the platform we built to handle the repetitive part of benefits work: entering the census, comparing rates, running enrollment and preparing renewals. The time it saves us goes to you. We spend it meeting with you and your employees, in person or on the phone.
Type your team in, upload a spreadsheet, or send the carrier bill you already have. Missing information is flagged for you to fill in.
Premium, deductible, out-of-pocket maximum, what a doctor visit costs, your share and each employee’s share, side by side. You can export the comparison and take it to anyone.
Each employee gets a secure access code and doesn’t need an account, a password or an app. Dental, vision and voluntary benefits enroll in the same flow, and every employee gets a confirmation email.
You get a written recommendation: what we would change, what we would keep, and why. If your current plan is still the right one, we tell you that too. Next year’s renewal starts with this year’s history already filled in.
We don’t run payroll, and you don’t have to switch providers to work with us. For a three-location restaurant with no HR department, we set up a no-cost platform where employees self-enroll and onboard online, integrated into payroll, with plan documents and employee handbooks in one place. For a 500-employee telecommunications company, we put their entire benefits on a platform that automated their HR processes, including compliance, as a cost-neutral solution.
The software prepares the work. A licensed advisor who knows your group reviews every renewal, proposal and enrollment before it reaches your desk. Between renewals you call a person who knows your company, for claims questions, eligibility, ID cards, new hires and terminations.
Allie, the assistant inside AllieAdvisor, explains benefits. She does not give insurance advice. Insurance advice comes from the licensed professionals at Legacy Consulting Agencies.
These protections are enforced in the software.
